Refund policy


1. General Policy
All purchases made with GoldenHues Co. are considered final, except under the conditions
stated in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only in cases where:
 - The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Returns for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or style selection are not accepted

3. Claim Window
- Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after this period will not be considered

4. Mandatory Proof (Very Important)
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all claims
- The video must:
 - Start before opening the package
 - Clearly show the package condition and label
- Clear images of the issue must also be provided

5. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Must include original packaging, tags, and invoice
- Product must pass our quality inspection

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Worn or used jewellery
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

7. Return Approval Process
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval by GoldenHues Co.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any return request at our sole discretion

8. Reverse Shipping
- Reverse pickup may be arranged by us (if serviceable)
- In certain cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product
- Reverse shipping charges may apply and can be deducted from the refund

9. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
- Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval
- Shipping charges (forward & reverse) are non-refundable

10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via:
 - Bank transfer (customer must provide details) or
 - UPI transfer
- COD handling charges (if any) are non-refundable

11. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)
- If an order is returned due to:
 - Customer unavailability
 - Incorrect address
 - Refusal to accept delivery
 The order will be marked as RTO
- Re-dispatch will only be done after prepaid shipping charges are paid
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

12. Damaged / Missing Items
- Claims for missing or damaged items will only be considered with valid unboxing proof
- Partial claims without video evidence will not be accepted

13. Fraud & Abuse
- Any fraudulent activity, false claims, or misuse of the return policy may result in:
 - Permanent account restriction
 - Legal action

14. Limitation of Liability
- GoldenHues Co.’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase value of the product
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses
