Shipping policy


1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified accordingly.

2. Shipping Partners
- We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, DHL, Blue Dart, and other
equivalent logistics providers.
- Courier partner selection is automated based on serviceability, speed, and reliability.
- We reserve the right to choose the most appropriate courier partner for each order.

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value.
- Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities/Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote/Non-serviceable Areas: Up to 10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

5. Delays & Liability
- Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseencircumstances.
- Once the order is dispatched, GoldenHues Co. is not liable for delays caused by courier
partners.
- However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues wherever possible.

6. Address & Contact Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details, including
address, pin code, and contact number.
- In case of incorrect or incomplete details leading to failed delivery:
 - Re-shipping charges will be applicable
 - Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on selected orders and locations.
- We reserve the right to confirm COD orders via call/SMS/OTP before processing.
- Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.

8. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared via SMS and/or email once the order is dispatched.
- Customers can track their shipment using the provided tracking link.

9. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
- If a customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the shipment will be returned to us (RTO).
- For re-dispatch, additional shipping charges must be paid in advance.

10. Damaged / Tampered Packages
- Customers are advised to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
- Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items will only be accepted if supported by a validunboxing video.
- Any visible tampering should be reported immediately to the courier and our support team.

11. High-Value Orders (Jewellery Specific)
- For security reasons, high-value orders may require:
 - Prepaid payment only
 - OTP verification at delivery
- We are not responsible for loss due to unauthorized acceptance of the package at the delivery address.
